Our vision for the coming decade is to increase the human capital available especially in rural Population, by providing appropriate vocational-technical programs to around Five lakh Rural Poor across the State to contribute to the overall development of the economy, growth in income, and the standard of living of rural population especially women for the next decade

MI SSION

To provide rural women and Artisans with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the labor market and help meet employers’ needs for trained workers essential to business survival and expansion by modernizing and updating the Vocational Training System for ensuring a steady flow of adequately trained manpower for the changing and emerging skill needs of the industry. Our experience in the area of training programmes chosen through the years for the rural women so far, the women emerging from vocational-technical programs had the skills and knowledge; employers are seeking in their workers.

With this Backdrop RTNS is proposing to use those decisions about the specific types of interventions are needed to achieve the set goals and objectives especially in the areas
